Royal Caribbean InternationalThe Masters Event at Sea is an annual invitation-only event held for the highest-tiered Casino Royale guests. In 2025, the Casino will reward the guests’ continued loyalty by offering a collection of luxurious experiences aboard a 7-Night Western Caribbean sailing on Harmony of the Seas.
About
The goal of this campaign was to reinforce the elevated status of top-tier Casino Royale guests, foster excitement, and provide details to RSVP to one of three limited-capacity sailings. Key design deliverables included updated event branding, event invitation, and onboard collateral.
The invitation is a 3-panel folder, designed to hold a commemorative magnet and informative inserts with event details. Special finishes of gold foil and raised gloss spot UV were selected to give the piece an elevated, luxurious look.
When fully open, the center panel reveals the complimentary room details, available sailing dates, as well as special onboard promotions and gifts to expect during the event. The right side of the folder holds two inserts– a map of each port, and secondary information about shore excursions alongside destination imagery to excite guests.
Onboard collateral was designed to align with the invitation event branding. Examples include digital signage and prize notecards handed out at the event.
